Billy came on as of Oct of 2019 as the clinical director of AWS Behavioral Health after serving as the clinical director of teletherapy at another agency. He started his career in counseling in 2011 after spending 12 years serving in Oklahoma and Arkansas's public schools as a teacher and administrator. Billy has been married to his wife Melissa since Dec. of 2004, and they have a son, Raymond, that was adopted in Dec 2019. Billy lives in Adair, OK, where he has been a life-long resident.
Billy has an Associate of Science in Agriculture Education from NEOA&M College in Miami, OK, a Bachelor's of Education in Elementary Education from NSU in Tahlequah, OK, a Master's of Education in School Administration from NSU in Tahlequah, OK, a Master's of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and is in the dissertation process for a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health also from Grand Canyon University.

Tracye Love Chandler, MHR, LPC
Tracye Love Chandler MHR, LPC, is a licensed professional therapist (LPC) and an LPC supervisor. She has been licensed for over 23 years and has worked in a variety of areas. She is an adjunct professor at TCC and has been for the past (12) years has counseled in school settings, corporate settings, and private practice. Mrs. Chandler is currently the drug court coordinator for both the male and co-occurring dockets for Tulsa county, providing counseling alternatives to those who suffer from addiction with treatment instead of prison.
Mrs. Chandler is currently married to the love of her life Michael, whom she affectionately calls “Mr. Mean.” He is an Army veteran and enjoys telling her what to do daily. She is the mother of Cacye Marie-Ann, a (28) year-old with all the answers, special aunt to Cacye’s sister Terran whom Cacye is raising, and the grandmother to Gia Marie-Lynne, whom she adores and is perfect. She enjoys reading, traveling, dancing, and just enjoying life. Mrs. Chandler is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, the oldest sorority founded for and by African American women in 1908

Goldie Sanders, BHCM II

Goldie earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Northeastern State University in May of 2020. She became certificated as a Behavior Health Case Manager II in September of 2020. She is currently working on her Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, also at Northeastern State University.
Goldie became a part of our staff after graduating in 2020. Growing up in foster care, Goldie has lived in a few states and several different living situations. She now lives in Sand Springs with her youngest daughter, Destany. Goldie also has 2 grown children, Melissa and Shawn.
