DDS Services

Clients who need a more enhanced level of direct support in order to successfully reside in a community based setting.  Intensive Personal Supports build upon the level of support provided by a Habilitation Training Specialist or Daily Living Supports staff by utilizing a second staff person on duty to provide assistance and training in self-care, daily living, recreational, and habilitation activities.

• Light housekeeping.

• Other household chores such as washing clothing and dishes.

• Running errands such as grocery shopping.

• Planning and scheduling appointments and social activities.

• Transportation to appointments and other activities.

• Preparing meals.

• Socialization and entertainment.

• Doing the weekly grocery shopping.

• Setting and monitoring budgets.

• Cleaning, cooking and doing the laundry.

• General household duties

HTS will ​assists in caring for individuals with a cognitive disorder by providing personal assistance, emotional support and personal care.

• Assistance and Support with meals

• Toileting Assistance

• Attending recreation and leisure activities

• Security and Protection for vulnerable people

• Community Integration

• Supports or Assistance with dressing and daily personal hygiene

• Physical Therapy exercise
